Description | Project Manager and Business Analyst for client project in NY, NY. A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, Information systems, business administration or equivalent experience or education is required. 5 years of clinical healthcare systems experience. 5 years of experience on commercial core clinical applications. 3 years diagnostic imaging experience, including experience with Radiology and Cardiology systems and equipment; supporting multiple Imaging applications that integrate / interface with an electronic medical record system. Experience documenting system architecture design and clinical system workflow. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must be the primary author of multiple Requirement & Workflow documents Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, Project and SharePoint Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a fast moving team. Ability to lead Business in programs with complex projects Possesses excellent organizational skills and is detail oriented. Very strong customer service orientation. Experienced working in a Project Management Office (PMO) with cross‐functional teams is a plus. Exposure to Requirement Management Office (RMO) is a plus. Experience with Allscripts, Cerner & Epic is a plus Methodologies: Agile/ Waterfall SDLC, UML, JAD/JRP CBAP certification is a plus Experience in clinical implementations, specifically Clinical Documentation and/or CPOE systems in Radiology Information Systems. Previous experience with PACS, medical dictation systems and other Radiology and imaging applications required. Experience with AGFA, SECTRA, PowerScribe, Talk Technologies and PenRad is a plus. Experience with DICOM and HL7 communications. Experience with system architecture design and clinical system workflow development required. A working knowledge of Radiology processes, procedures and workflows. Project management experience including working with cross‐functional teams is a plus.
